- 1 box Thrive Market Almond Flour Muffin & Bread Mix
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 scoops Just Ingredients French Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1tsp Vanilla Bean paste
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line or grease a muffin tin
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth
- Add eggs and olive oil, whisking until combined
- Stir in the muffin mix and protein powder until fully incorporated, adding water as needed so it doesn’t get too thick
- Divide batter evenly into muffin cups
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Top with butter and let cool for 10min

- Add chocolate chips, walnuts, or blueberries for extra flavor
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for later
