Hello, my name is Bri and before I was a Integrative Health Practitioner and currently studying my Masters in Integrative Nutrition. I was a mom just looking to swap out some toxic products for better ones. Well, to save us some time-that goal changed over the years as I dug deep into learning about toxins around us and how it affects our health. My side passion for holistic health & wellness took a turn in 2020 and that is what lead me to become a Integrative Health Practitioner and help others. Looking back, I would have done things very differently, so my purpose is to help guide other moms into a more holistic lifestyle that supports our bodies to function at their best.
