Ingredients

1 cup mayo (use avocado mayo for a healthier twist)

2 jalapeños, with seeds (for heat – remove seeds for a milder version)

4 green onions

2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

2 cups packed fresh cilantro

1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Wash and roughly chop the jalapeños, green onions, and cilantro.
  • Add all ingredients to a tall mixing cup or jar or bowl
  • Using a handheld immersion blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice as needed.
  • Transfer to a sauce container or squeeze bottle for easy serving.
  • Store in the fridge for 1-2 weeks

  • This sauce gets even better after chilling for 1–2 hours.
