1. Booking and Confirmation

  • All programs, courses and services based appointments must be booked in advance through our designated channels.
  • Your appointment is considered confirmed upon successful booking and receipt of payment.

2.Cancellation by Client

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made at any time, regardless of the notice period.

3. Rescheduling

  • Clients may request to reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
