Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.7 lbs mixed peppers (jalapeño, habanero, serrano)
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

Bring everything to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. After that, let it cool slightly, blend until smooth, and enjoy your homemade hot sauce on literally everything.
