2.5 lbs sweet potatoes, washed and sliced into rounds or wedges

3 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil

2 tbsp rosemary (fresh is best!)

7 garlic gloves

1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with garlic olive oil, minced garlic, fresh rosemary, and sea salt until well coated.

  3. Spread the sweet potatoes on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.

  4. Bake for 35 minutes, flipping halfway through to get a golden-brown finish.

  5. Serve immediately as a side dish, or drizzle with your favorite sauce.
